How to Make Primavera Noodles

Ingredients
  • 2 cups boiled noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow capsicum
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halves
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • salt to taste

For The Garnish
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Method:

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.Add the yellow capsicum, carrots, zucchini and olives, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add the cherry tomatoes, fresh cream and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Add the noodles, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
